Boardium gives a company owner a standing board of five advisors that meets weekly, deliberates, records who dissented, and follows up on what was committed. The board members are AI personas generated by software. They are not people, not employees, and not your fiduciaries.

Nothing Boardium produces is professional advice. No board member is a licensed accountant, attorney, insurance broker, securities dealer or financial advisor, and none is acting as one. Output is a starting point for your own judgement. Decisions about tax, employment law, insurance, contracts, borrowing, or the sale of your business need a qualified professional who is accountable for the advice they give. Boardium is not, and does not accept the responsibility of, that professional.
AI systems can be confidently wrong. They can misread a document, misstate a number, or reason from a fact that is not true. You are responsible for checking anything you act on.
Cancel at any time from Billing in the application. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and it does not renew after that. Part months are not refunded, because you keep the service for the period you bought. If something has gone genuinely wrong, write to us; we would rather sort it out than argue about a month.
What you put into Boardium remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so far as is needed to run the service for you, which includes sending it to our AI provider to generate the board's answers. Your content is not used to train AI models, is not sold, and is never shown to another customer. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
You must have the right to upload what you upload, and you must not use Boardium to store or process anything unlawful.
Do not attempt to break into the service, disrupt it for others, scrape it, resell access to it, or use it to build a competing product. Do not use it to do anything illegal or to harm anyone.
We aim to keep Boardium running and will not always succeed. The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or withdraw features; if a change materially reduces what you are paying for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of the current period.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Boardium is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that is not paid for. You may close yours at any time. On closure your data is handled as described in deleting your data.
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and account holders are emailed before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Boardium after that means you accept the revised terms.
